Sue is a commercial lawyer specialising in construction law and professional services contracts. She is experienced in dispute resolution and has represented contractors, sub-contractors and developers in mediation, adjudication and arbitration.
Sue also advises on non-contentious matters including contract reviews, negotiation, drafting standard terms, contract administration and delivering training. She has advised on projects internationally, including in the Middle East. Sue is also qualified in construction adjudication and available to act as an adjudicator.
Sue passed the Bar exams in 2007 and worked for a construction claims consultancy company and in-house for an international multi-disciplinary engineering company, before joining Yelland Savage in 2016.
