Judith Wright

Contracts Consultant

Judith was admitted as a Solicitor in 1998. She practised in Coventry, dealing with a mixed caseload of civil litigation. A move to Central London followed which saw Judith cease to practice as a Solicitor but instead spend 14 years as a Practice Manager of a litigation law firm in the heart of Legal London. This involved all organisational management of the practice.

Returning to Warwickshire where she grew up and taking the opportunity to pursue a new area of law, Judith joined Yelland Savage Ltd in July 2015 as a Contracts Consultant and their first full time employee.
To aid her move into Construction Judith completed an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at King’s College London. Judith undertakes a variety of work but specialises in forensic evidence gathering. This often involves trawling through hundreds of pages of site diaries, photographs, emails etc. Visits to Client’s offices are often required to sit with Project Teams to gather information, often many months after the events in question. Not everyone’s cup of tea but vital to substantiate liability and quantum claims. When not working in the office Judith enjoys choral singing, gardening and clay pigeon shooting.
