In previous roles, Fiona has worked in-house for the commercial arm of a water utility company on national ten year government O&M contract, leading the day to day contractual requirements and at an international multidisciplinary engineering company providing commercial and legal advice in respect of a wide range of project types, legal jurisdictions and varying forms of contracts, from procurement stage to completion and the resolution of any claims.
